THE STORY BEHIND SENESBLOCK®
Senesblock® is a biotechnology derived from two types of microalgae: Haematococcus pluvialis and Chlamydomonas reinhardtii. Both algae are extremophiles that have developed different defense systems to survive in hostile environments. Specifically, Haematococcus is native to Iceland, where it has adaptively developed mechanisms to ward off various threats.
